The1stMovement (T1M) is looking for a seasoned Account Director to be responsible for driving new opportunities within our existing client base, fostering amazing client relations, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This team player, and solution provider will report directly to our CEO, and be accountable for the overall health of the T1M client base. The overarching goal is sustained growth and profitability of the accounts managed.  

Effort Allocation:

  • Relationship building and management of existing clients (30%)
  • Identify, assess and sell new opportunities within existing accounts (30%)
  • Strategic Planning (15%)
  • Collaborate with team to ensure project success (15%)
  • Manage overall account profitability (10%)

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven (7)+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital agency environment
  • Patience, ability to listen, and focus on solutions
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Ability to anticipate needs, focus sharply and execute quickly
  • Above average attention to detail and organization
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Passionate about Digital Technology & Marketing
  • Strong analytical skill and the ability to decipher client needs
  • A proven track record of managing client relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in G Suite and MS Office Products

Desired Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Basecamp, Pipedrive, and Slack are a plus
  • Three (3) to Five (5) years experience in a management role
  • Proven thought leader and industry expert
  • Relationship building experience with C-level clients
  • Experience in an Agile environment

Salary is based on experience. T1M offers a competitive benefits package including medical/dental benefits, 401K, and generous time off. Position is ideally based in Pasadena, however qualified applicants will be considered in Denver, or San Jose.
